You can request a return or replacement if:

  • The item you received is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or installed spare parts.

  • Products without original packaging or tampered warranty seals.

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or installation.

  • Customized or specially ordered products.

We offer a free replacement if:

  • The product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition.

  • The wrong product is shipped by us.

To initiate a return or replacement, please follow these steps:

  2. Mention your Order ID, product name, and the reason for the return or replacement.

  3. Share supporting images or videos, if applicable.

  4. Our team will review and process your request within 5-7 business days.


πŸ“¦ Return Pickup & Refund Process

  • Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup or guide you on how to return the item.

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI method.

  • All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

  • Refunds/replacements are not issued until the returned item is received and inspected.
